On Wednesday evenings at 7:30PM, our midweek Bible study group meets here at the church building. We are studying a biblical view of relationships, drawing from the book Relationships—A Mess Worth Making, by Tim Lane and Paul Tripp. Both Tim and Paul are pastoral counselors with the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation in Philadelphia. In 2008 they published a book entitled How People Change. Paul has written several other books on these issues: Age of Opportunity: A Biblical Guide to Parenting Teens; War of Words: Getting to the Heart of Your Communication Struggles; Instruments in the Redeemer’s Hands: People in Need of Change Helping People in Need of Change. They will guide us in struggling with Scripture, and with a more distinctively Christian approach to all our relationships.
